DYEING AT THE LOTTOZERO LAB
The dyeing station offers a fully equipped space to work hands-on with color and materials. It includes double sinks, an electric plates and a water bath, large pots, brushes, spatulas, a fabric steamer for fixing dyes, and a washing machine. The space can also function as a wet lab for bioplastics, eco-printing, and experimental material processes.
DYEING WITH SYNTHETIC DYES
Synthetic dyeing at Lottozero is equipped with DEKA dyes, suitable for a wide range of textile fibers and techniques, including immersion dyeing and batik. These dyes allow for bright, stable, and repeatable colors, making them ideal for controlled experimentation, sampling, and graphic color research. A reliable system for achieving precise and consistent results on fabric.

DYEING WITH NATURAL DYES
For natural dyeing, the lab offers a curated selection of plant-based extracts and auxiliaries, sourced from specialized suppliers from Italy. This section supports research into natural color processes, material sensitivity, and sustainable practices. Ideal for experimenting with organic hues, eco-printing, and traditional or contemporary natural dyeing techniques.
We also have beeswax and tools for Batik.

Rental prices are for artists, students and anyone who is able to work independently without the supervision of a technician, including an introduction to the tools of about 20 minutes.
For those who need the full support from the lab Manager, an additional hourly rate of €60 is applied.
Materials not included; it is possible to purchase a starter pack for each technique.
All prices are to be considered before VAT (22%).
