FELTING AT THE LOTTOZERO LAB
Through felting you can bond fabrics or transform loose fibers into compact textiles through friction, moisture, or needle work. At Lottozero, you can experiment with both industrial and manual processes: the Feltloom Pro needle-felting machine supports large-scale production, while needles and small tools allow for dry and wet felting by hand, ideal for sculptural, soft, and experimental surfaces.
FELT LOOM
The Feltloom Pro is a professional-grade needle-felting machine, generously donated to Lottozero by fiber artist Sigi Ahl. Designed for intensive studio use, it features a sturdy steel frame, an aircraft-grade aluminum tabletop, and dual motors that independently control needle and roller speeds.
The machine offers a generous working area of 167 × 58 cm, and can process materials up to 3–4 cm thick, depending on their density. This makes it ideal for producing felted textiles with precision, speed, and creative freedom

Rental prices are for artists, students and anyone who is able to work independently without the supervision of a technician, including an introduction to the tools of about 20 minutes.
For those who need the full support from the lab Manager, an additional hourly rate of €60 is applied.
Materials not included; it is possible to purchase a starter pack for each technique.
All prices are to be considered before VAT (22%).
