W4Tex Be a Manager Online Course
Lottozero is pleased to announce the launch of the Be A Manager e-learning platform, developed as part of the European W4TEX project. Designed for women working in the textile sector, aspiring professionals, and adult educators, the free online platform provides practical training to strengthen the managerial and leadership skills needed in today's evolving textile industry.
The course offers 12 self-paced learning modules covering topics such as leadership, communication, teamwork, decision-making, crisis management, and organisational skills. Participants can test their knowledge through self-assessment quizzes and complete a final assessment to receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Alongside the learner pathway, the platform also provides educators with editable teaching materials and practical activities that can be adapted for workshops, vocational training, and adult education programmes.
Available in seven languages—Italian, English, French, Spanish, Greek, Swedish, and Ukrainian—the platform has been designed to be accessible to learners and trainers across Europe. Before its official launch, the training materials were piloted in all partner countries with participants from the textile sector to ensure their quality, relevance, and usability.
The Be A Manager platform was developed within W4TEX, an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education that brings together organisations from Sweden, Belgium, Greece, Ukraine, Spain, and Italy to support women's leadership, entrepreneurship, and the green transition in the textile sector.
The platform is freely accessible to anyone interested in developing management skills for a more sustainable and inclusive textile industry.
